Ancient Romans dedicated New Year's Day to Janus, the God of gates, doors, beginnings and endings. January is named after this God. Janus had two faces, one looking backward and the other looking forward. In our winter retreat FRESH START we’ll be looking back, reflecting on our past year and we’ll look forwards to envision things to come. Between all endings and new beginnings there is a magic place: the here and now. In Fresh Start we’ll slow down time and make ourselves at home in the here and now. Together we’ll create a sanctuary; a safe place where we can re-treat and treat ourselves with attention, connection and movement. We’ll dance to recharge our bodies, give our hearts space, shake off old layers, welcome change and find peace within. Treat yourself with a FRESH START and join us.
